• Visit our bright, professional store with your requests and enjoy our LCD flat screen TV while you wait on your order to be quickly processed. You may choose to leave your request with us and return at your convenience to pick it up.
• eZeeCopy also offers a “Walk up Copy / Fax Center” for the on-the-go customers.
• For those that prefer to send a request via our eZSend service, that’s ok too! Just click to the right to upload your document(s) and see how easy it is.

Hospital or medical forms - we have experience in this area and can create forms such as Nurse’s Notes, Triage Sheets, Clinical Pathways, and any other medical or hospital forms. If your office/hospital uses an “approved abbreviation list”, we can incorporate those too!!
